User comments and replies are saved in a Blog.
Users can acess each other Blogs and reply to the contents published there.

Detailed steps
1. If you login for the first time, you have to sign up to your account. Click here to sign up.
2. To Login you can use the Web Commenting tool from your website or click here.
3. To enter your Blog click on "My account" and see your comments under the "Comments" section.
4. To enter a user Blog click on his name.
