1. Scope. In the future, we may provide you with the option to store your username(s) and password(s) on our server, to permit easier access from multiple locations and safer access from shared computers.The information we learn from users helps us personalize and continually improve your surfing experience at Getingate.com. Personal information

Getingate may, without limitation, collect and store the following personal information:

In such events Getingate will disclose name, city, state, telephone number, email address, User ID history, fraud complaints, and posting history as other information required by lawful process.

· agents and subcontractors of Getingate under a confidentiality agreement, as Getingate in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity; (In such events Getingate will disclose name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, and company name.) and

· other business entities, should Getingate plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. (Should such a combination occur, Getingate will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.)

6. Activity Associated with User IDs. Your username is displayed throughout the Site and is therefore available to the public. All of your activities on the Site will be traceable to your username. Other people can see your postings, comments and so on. Notices are sent to other community members regarding suspicious activity and policy violations on the Site and refer to usernames and specific postings. Therefore, if you associate your name with your username, the people to whom you have revealed your name to will be able to personally identify your Getingate activities.

7. Using Information from Getingate. The Site enables you to share personal information in order to communicate with others. Getingate encourages you to respect the privacy of other users. Getingate cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore Getingate encourages you to evaluate privacy and security before entering into a communication and choosing to share your information with other users. You agree to use other users’ information only for:

· Getingate communication-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;

· using Services.

8. No spam, spyware or spoofing. Getingate does not tolerate spam. Make sure to set your Getingate notification preferences so that Getingate may communicate with you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other Getingate users, even a user who you have communicated with, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report spam or spoof emails to Getingate, please forward the email to support@getingate.com. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms Of Use. Getingate filters and automatically scans messages before they are sent for viruses and other illegal or prohibited content, but does not permanently store email messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community, Getingate does not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. Furthermore, Getingate does not rent or sell these email addresses.

9. Account Protection. Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters, and special characters and do not disclose your Getingate password to anyone. If you share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify Getingate and change your password.

10. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information. You can see, review and change most of your personal information by logging into the Site. Generally, Getingate will not manually modify your personal information because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once you make a public posting, you might not be able to change or remove it. Upon your request, Getingate will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. Getingate retains personal information from closed accounts in order to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms Of Use, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

11. Security. Getingate treats data as an asset to be protected. Nevertheless, it is still possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, Getingate does not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private. In connection with your use of the Services and accessing the Site, Getingate disclaims any and all express and implied warranties including the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

13. Third Party Advertising. Getingate services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to advertisers or third-party websites. Third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send (or “serve”) the advertisements that appear on our website directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. Third party advertisers have no access to your contact information stored on Facebook unless you choose to share it with them.

Getingate may display targeted advertising based on personal information about users. Although Getingate does not provide any personal information to advertisers, advertisers (including ad-serving companies) may assume that users who interact with or click on a targeted advertisement meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
